Who this is for

What you receive

What we need from you

An anonymised extract covering the agreed period (typically 12 or 24 months), with postcode or outlet identifier, date, and net sales value. We do not require customer names. Store opening hours or competitor lists are optional and only used if you ask us to overlay them.

How the work runs

1. Scoping call (30–45 minutes) — confirm region boundaries, colour scale preferences, and decision the map must support.
2. Data check — we validate postcode coverage and flag gaps before drawing begins.
3. Draft map — you review hotspots and legend; one revision round is included.
4. Final pack — print-ready PDF, screen PNGs, and the written briefing.

Included and excluded

Included: UK geographic base for the agreed region, density shading, hotspot annotations, one revision, and email delivery.
Excluded: live dashboards, ongoing data hosting, paid advertising overlays, and fieldwork or mystery shopping.

Constraints

Maps reflect the sales you supply. If a postcode sector has thin volume, we mark low confidence rather than inventing density. Colour scales are chosen for print clarity; we avoid palettes that fail under greyscale photocopying unless you request a screen-only set.
